  • Loading and unloading services

When scheduling our services, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. Failure to provide accurate information may affect our ability to provide services and could result in additional charges.

Service Area

We primarily serve the Utah area from Ogden to Nephi, including Salt Lake City and surrounding communities. Additional fees may apply for services outside our primary service area.

Pricing and Payment

  • Rates are determined based on service type, distance, labor requirements, and other relevant factors
  • A deposit may be required to secure your moving date
  • Final payment is due upon completion of services
  • We accept major credit cards and other specified payment methods

Liability and Insurance

  • We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our services
  • Customers are advised to review their own insurance coverage
  • Certain items may require special handling or additional insurance
  • We are not responsible for items packed by customers unless otherwise agreed

Cancellation Policy

  • 48-hour notice is required for cancellation
  • Cancellation fees may apply
  • Deposits may be non-refundable
